Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, if there is issues with verifying your address, customer support will contact you to try and resolve the issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded. 

Shipping fees are non refundable 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Sweet Js Shoetique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED

Just a reminder you will receive your order within 4-7 business days from the date you placed your order. This allows us to have time to get your payment authorized and verified.  Any and all orders placed after 2 pm is considered the next business day. All orders ship from the Midwest and no matter your location your items WILL NEVER take 14 DAYS, unless I told you personally ahead of time. Please reach out if your mail has ran by the 7th day you placed your order so we can RESOLVE it together. In 2019 2 packages was delivered by the 10th business day and these items were placed around a holiday schedule. We thrive on service and shipping as we are well aware online shopping can be stressful.

Shipping Runs Monday through Friday, all orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be counted as same 

***There is no local delivery or pickup option** Please be mindful of that when ordering if you need your item same day, I am happy to provide you a referral to a local company in your area. We are online ONLY with NO EXCEPTIONS

Shipping rates varies by location and size and you will be provided that at check out.
